Grovixo speaks raw ESC/POS — the standard nearly every receipt printer understands — over USB, Bluetooth (BLE) or your network (port 9100). 58mm and 80mm papers are presets, and any other width can be set exactly. You can test-pair your printer from Settings before ever relying on it at the counter.
Yes. Every product carries an HSN code and GST slab, invoices show the CGST/SGST or IGST split based on your state, and the GST report gives you an invoice-level tax breakdown you can export to CSV and hand straight to your CA for filing.
Yes — that's exactly what roles are for. Create a cashier role that can create invoices and manage customers but has no access to reports, settings or user management. Permissions are enforced on the server, and every user's logins and actions are logged.
Handled. Every product can have a primary and secondary unit with a conversion factor (e.g. 1 Box = 12 Pieces). Buy in one unit, sell in another — stock levels and valuations stay correct automatically.
